Wheels of Change

The Wheels of Change is our mobile outreach initiative designed to bring recovery support, basic needs resources, and connection directly into the community. Through a combination of our outreach trailer and mobile team, we provide peer support, harm reduction supplies, overdose prevention education, and access to essential items like food, hygiene products, and clothing. Wheels of Change allows us to meet people where they are—whether at community partner sites or pop-up locations—reducing barriers to care and creating consistent, welcoming spaces for connection. By building relationships and offering practical support, the program helps individuals take meaningful steps toward recovery, stability, and improved well-being.
